Wednesday June 2nd
5 PM - 8 PM Building opens for equipment move in and set up Competition Fields
Thursday June 3rd
7 AM - Machine Building Opens
8AM - Practice Starts ( Practice time is scheduled at same time your scheduled to compete on Friday )
3 PM - Captains / Colonels Judges meeting for all units Meeting will be at the Moslah Shrine Temple 1100 Henderson st FT Worth TX In the Basement
4 PM -TSMPA Captains / Judges meeting Meeting will be at the Moslah Shrine Temple 1100 Henderson st FT Worth TX In the Basement
7 PM Machines Building Secured
Friday June 4th
7 AM - Machine Building Opens
7:15 AM - Judges Inspection
7:45 AM - Black Camel Memorial
8 AM - Competition Begins
Saturday June 5th
9 AM - Parade lineup at the Tarrant County Convention Center
10 AM Parade Kickoff
12:30 PM - Awards Ceremony at the Tarrant County Convention Center
Sunday June 6th
7 AM - 12 PM Load up Machines & Equipment
Have a safe trip Home
The attachments are the Map of the Will Rogers complex where we will be competing & The times of competition.
The competition area and RV area is going to be in the south parking lot at the corner of Montgomery & Harley Street.
The building we will be using to store the Machines and performing the Machines & men inspection is just North of the competition field.
