This email is being sent to all that are on my email listing for SAASMC. As was voted on in Pigeon Forge in September, there will be NO forms or minutes mailed out this year. The letter for the midewinter was mailed this afternoon and if you do not receive one or need information, let me know. It was only mailed to the mailing list that I had for 2008 since there were no updates in Pigeon Forge in September. Below are the instructions to get to the SAASMC web site and to see/download forms or minutes. If you have a problem call me at 864 269-9439 or send me a return email and I will try to help you thru. I have talked with several who have had problems getting to the website but it seems to be a result of the individual's computer or internet server.
WEB SITE INSTRUCTIONS:
Go to the website www.saasmc.org and see home page.
To get forms - Highlight Forms on black line and move cursor down to the form you need - OPEN and print to your
computer
Complete each form as required and mail to the secretary at the address on the form.
To read, see or copy minutes of meetings -
Click on Login on blue line under banner.
In Username type SAASMC (capital letters as shown)
In Password type MOTORCORPS1 (capital letters and #1 as shown)
Click Login to my account
Click on MINUTES on black line
Click date of minutes you want to read
Click open or enter
Read and/or print minutes to your computer
Close Minute page (X)
When finished - click LOGOUT on blue line - Click HOME on black line
