2.      Please Preregister for Competition with your unit name, class of vehicles, and intention to compete to enable us to have your packet ready prior to Captains’ meeting  and to keep expenses n line on the trophies.
3.       A wristband will be given to those who register with the  Motor Corp to control access to Hospitality Room and meetings.
4.    Banquet will open 6PM with Dinner at 6:30. Tickets required for entrance paid in advance prior to arrival.

5.      Registration will be open at the Holiday Inn Airport from  noon Saturday the 3^rd until 5PM and again on Sunday 2 hours prior to the Captains Meeting. Pins, caps, wings, and Banquet ticket pickup will be present.  Please plan ahead and be sure to make and pay banquet reservations NLT than 28 June. Additional charges will be “$20 IASMC registration fee” to cover all parking and meeting room fees and required employees, $20 Imperial registration binder Fee which goes to Imperial session host temple for their costs.
6.    Competition will be at 8 AM Monday @ Humber College North Campus parking lot 7 & 8 until finished. Pre registration required so packets can be pre built. Contact secretary via email, or/and send intention to compete  form from web site. http://iasmc.net/registercomp.aspx

7.       Hospitality room will not be full meal capable. Snack and drinks only.
