The following forms are created in MS Office 2003 for your use.
Membership Form: This form is in excel and will allow me to copy and paste information into the mailing lists for the Wheel and CAKRAS. Doing this will allow you to keep the file for next year, and you won't have to retype everything (only changes). We both win. It contains what I need to setup your membership and issue your cards, do your mailings.
Equip insp 2009.doc : this file is the inpection document for Equipment inspections during competition.
Personal Grooming 2009.doc this file is used by the judges for personal grooming, uniformity, general appearnce. Comments required for General Appearance gig to be accepted. Best practices for other categories also.
Headjudge 2009.doc this form is used by the head judge for the areas he is responsible for.
Judge1 2009.doc this form is an example of all the forms used by the competition judges. Scoring is done on computer for all forms.
