1 April CAKLRAS ADS due in camera ready format.
15 May CAKRAS mailed out to members of current record Those not registered by 10 May as members may not recieve the publication if estimated quanties are depleted. Printing volume depends on membership levels on 1 May.
25 June, Awards Banquet tickets reserved and paid for
Monday closest to the 4th of July is Competition.
Sept 15th Wheel mailed out to members that have provided addresses.,

Save this excel file to your comupter with the name of your unit i.e. "Medinah membership 2010", fill it out and attach it to an email to me at iasmc@bellsouth.net This form is in excel and will allow me to copy and paste information into the mailing lists for the Wheel and CAKRAS. Doing this will allow you to keep the file for next year, and you won't have to retype everything (only changes). We both win. Equip insp 2009.doc :
this file is the inpection document for Equipment inspections during competition.
Personal Grooming 2009.doc this file is used by the judges for personal grooming, uniformity, general appearnce. Comments required for General Appearance gig to be accepted. Best practices for other categories also.
Headjudge 2009.doc this form is used by the head judge for the areas he is responsible for.
Judge1 2009.doc this form is an example of all the forms used by the competition judges. Scoring is done on computer for all forms.
Officers Expenses Form this form is to be used for the reporting of expenses relating to the Presidents nessasary expenses to setup and contract for his year. Maximum reimbursement is $3000. this form is also to be used when other officers have valid expenses in support of the IASMC specific needs.
