Make your hotel reservations directly with hotel, and Please also email iasmc-st@comcast.net to let us know you are coming and how many in your party.  We are still planning and finalizing the events below, so please indicate your interests to help with booking and cost negotiations.  We would like to know if you are coming by 2/29 at the latest if possible. You are certainly welcome to attend the business meetings if you decide to come at the last minute, but we cannot guarantee room will be left in the scheduled outings. Register into hotel at your discretion - Hotels usually will not guarantee rooms available prior to 3:00 p.m.

                4:00 P.M.    Registration/CheckIn in Hospitality Room ($45 per attendee -please  

                register and pay in advance - see link to form above)

                Complimentary 2-hour Manager’s Reception

                IASMC Hospitality Room Open until 12pm

                Dinner on your own (Hotel has a restaurant onsite, plus there are many selections  

                within a 1.5 mile radius - see concierge)

Friday, April 13^th

                Complimentary hot, cooked to order breakfast daily

                 10:00 A.M.          IASMC Officers Executive Meeting – Hospitality Room

                 Any ladies up for shopping at the newly opened-renovated Opry Mills?    

         Outing – Lane Car Museum closes at 5:00 p.m. 

                 Complimentary 2-hour Manager’s Reception

                 IASMC Hospitality Room

                 6:00 PM Dinner at Monelli's - (Included in Conference Registration Fee)                 

Saturday, April 14^th

                 Complimentary hot, cooked to order breakfast daily

                 8:30 A.M.             General Business Meeting – Meeting Room

                 11:00 A.M.          Board Tour Bus for trip to Lynchburg, TN;  1:00 p.m. lunch at

                                                Mrs. BOBO’s  Restaurant; Tour Jack Daniels Distillery; Back

                                                Around 5:30 p.m. ($44 payable in advance - limited to first 50)

                 Complimentary 2-hour Manager’s Reception

                 IASMC Hospitality Room

                 Evening option-Al Menah Temple is having their annual ‘casino night’.  $10.00 gets  you in with $10,000.00 play money.  You use your play money at the gaming tables.  Time is generally called about 9:00 p.m.  You cash your chips in for tickets  which is then used toward nice door prizes.  Or you can relax and socialize in the hospitality room.

Note: we may also arrange additional outings - please indicate interest on registration form

(e.g. Grand Ole Opry Live Radio Show, Country Music Hall of Fame or Broadway Pub Crawl - the earlier you let us know the better the chances of arranging these and getting group doscounts)
