Dear Nobles and Ladies of IASMC
Wishing you a fun and safe trip to Toronto ON,
CAN, where the weather should be good and the friendship will be great. The Nobles I have met during my several trips in making arrangements for competition have been out standing.
Because of the requirements of the restaurant, we will require reservations for the banquet. Cost of the ticket is $38.00 per person, mail your check to arrive not later then June 28, 2010 to John Anderson 3048 York Rd. Pleasant View, TN 37146. To save postage you will pick up tickets at registration in the hotel. A Motor Corps registration fee of $20.00 US will cover parking and the extra charge for the hospitality and meeting rooms.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN THE METERS IN THE PARKING LOT, AS THE HOTEL CAN NOT REFUND THE MONEY.
The cost of hotels in downtown Toronto is from $250.00 to $400.00 plus $25 to $ 50.00 parking, and parking “is scarce,” so I know we will have people who are not members of IASMC staying at our hotel and they will be charged a fee of $ 20.00 for the hospitality room, (a wrist band will be issued to all paid members and attendees as means of controlling costs). Looking forward to seeing each of you in Toronto, have a safe trip.
Fraternally
Woody

Welcome to the IASMC Annual Meeting
It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to beautiful Toronto, Canada, for the International Association of Shrine Motor Corps Annual Meeting!
Associations help ensure the future strength and success of our great fraternity and philanthropy. I truly admire dedicated nobles like you who help cultivate powerful leaders for our organization.
As Imperial Potentate, I will be sharing my theme, “Unity Wins,” with as many people as possible during the next year. Shriners International, which began in 1872, was established upon a common desire to share fun and fellowship with our Masonic brothers. I would like to encourage our members to recognize and embrace the commonalities that still exist today. By emphasizing unity, we can work together in the most effective and successful way to achieve the best possible outcomes for our fraternity and our philanthropy, Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Please keep “Unity Wins,” in mind while making plans for the future of your association and temples. I am confident that this theme will help us achieve our goals.
I wish you an enjoyable and productive meeting. Thank you for your commitment to Shriners International and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Sincerely,

Jack H. Jones
Imperial Potentate, Shriners International
